The Universal Unit System™ ("The System") is a scientific method of Training Dancers and Teachers of Dance in all dance disciplines: Country, Swing, Ballroom, Latin and all known forms of Social Dance, as well as Tap, Jazz, Ballet, and all forms of performing Arts.
 
The System has identified and cataloged the Elements of Music, Elements of Timing and Elements of Movement. Together these elements form the basis for all dance.
