Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn shoes in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at Jordancer98@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund for the cost of the shoes only.
Please note: We do not refund original shipping charges. As a small, independently run business, we are not able to absorb shipping fees like large retailers. These costs are paid directly to the shipping carrier and are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days of approval.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order. We’re happy to help with sizing guidance before you reorder.
